Recommended Pairings:
A highly drinkable light red that does well on its own but can also be paired with pizza, charcuterie boards, fresh pastas, legume dishes, medium seasoned cheeses, and white meats.
In the Cellar:
100% carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, then finished in fiberglass tanks where they rest for six months until bottling in late spring.
