A fresh, young wine with a dark ruby color, light body and fabulous acidity.
Dominant aromas and flavors of black cherry followed by other red fruits like sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry and a hint of pomegranate.
Recommended Pairings:
This is a versatile young red that can be enjoyed even in the warmest summer months and pairs well with pizza, pasta dishes, grilled meats, and whole fish.
In the Cellar:
Harvested in late September and fermented in fiberglass tanks for a month before being pressed off the skins.
Bottled in March.
